Since Kristy shared the recipe I thought I would add a picture from when I made the rainbow jello salad last year. I did it in a bundt pan and to get the bottom layer (top when assembling, bottom when unmolded) to be thick enough I had to use two boxes of the same flavor I think.
I love how beautiful this turns out. I do have one question, I noticed your colors are graduated did you put the plain jello in first, let it set then the sour cream jello? I hope this isn't obvious and I'm being an idiot for asking. Can'y wait to try it. Thanks
Da Benally....yes...you put just one layer in at a time. Audrey looks like she started with plain first. I started with a sour cream layer I think. Obviously it works either way.
Welcome to my site! I've tweaked a few things and have now added labels for specific fruits and veggies. I'm hoping it will be easier for you to find recipes that go with what you have in your house right now! Happy Cooking!
Me and the Family
About this Blog
This blog was established as a means to share easy recipes for those of us that want desperately to feed our families good meals, but are SUPER busy. So if you have something you'd like to share...PLEASE DO. Just leave me a comment with your email and I can add you as a contributer. When you add a post please label your entry (i.e. soup, casserole, dessert, chicken, beans, beef, etc.) That way if someone is looking for a recipe to use something specific, it's easy to find. Feel free to share side dishes, dessert, all your favorites as well as entire meals.
Happy New Year?

So sometimes we get our poem out on time. Sometimes we don't. We had this
written by New Years, which isn't really on time, but better than
say....the end ...
